Biographical Information

Dino Koren played for the Zagreb baseball club and later coached for them and was team secretary.

Koren was a backup on the Croatian national team in the 2014 European Championship, getting into two games. He replaced Christian Sket at catcher late in a blowout loss to champion the Netherlands and did not get a chance in the field in one inning. He struck out against Kevin Kelly. He also played against Great Britain, again replacing Sket late. He again did not get a chance in one inning; he hit into a force against Daniel Cooper.
