Biographical Information[edit]
Dick Carter pitched in the minors in 1943-1944. He also played the outfield during that time. He missed 1945 due to military service, then began a managing career in the minors in 1947, making token playing appearances between 1947 and 1949. Carter later was a Philadelphia Phillies coach in 1959 and 1960.
