David Reatiga helped the Mexican national team win Silver at the 1950 Central American and Caribbean Games, going 3-0. He struggled in the pro ranks. In 1951, he was 2-5 with a 4.88 ERA for the Juarez Indios. He resurfaced in 1956 with the Chihuahua Dorados but went 0-3. Back with Juarez in 1957, he was 2-2 to complete his pro career at 4-10.
