David Kulhánek

David Kulhanek has been an umpire in the Czech Extraliga. He has also worked numerous international events, including the following: 2005 European Cup, 2005 European Championship, 2007 European Cup, 2007 European Championship, 2009 European Cup, 2009 Baseball World Cup, 2010 European Cup, 2010 European Championship, 2010 Intercontinental Cup, 2011 European Cup, 2013 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers, 2014 European Championship, 2015 European Cup, 2016 European Cup and 2018 CEB Cup. He was the home plate umpire in the Gold Medal game of the 2014 Euros and wound up evicting Italian national team skipper Marco Mazzieri, who disputed a strikeout call on Alberto Mineo and a walk to Gianison Boekhoudt; Italy lost 6-3 to the Netherlands.
