Biographical Information[edit]

Dave Glick pitched in the minor leagues and the CPBL.

Glick was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 48th round of the 1994 Amateur Draft, and he had a 4.26 ERA in 18 appearances for the AZL Brewers in his first year. He went 3-1 with a 3.41 ERA for the Ogden Raptors in 1996, then he had a 4.44 ERA in 25 games for the Duluth-Superior Dukes in 1997. He went 7-10 with a 5.19 ERA for the Dukes in 1998, then he was moved to the bullpen again. Glick then had a 0.55 ERA in 19 games for the Michigan Battle Cats in 1999, but he struggled with the Kissimmee Cobras as his ERA was 4.70 in 32 games in 2000.

In 2000, Glick pitched 3 games with a 4.50 ERA for the Cobras, and he also had a 5.45 ERA in 32 games for the Round Rock Express. He was 7-9 with a 3.95 ERA for the Sioux City Explorers in 2001, and the New York Yankees signed him after he went 5-3 with a 1.89 ERA in 2002. Glick was 3-1 with a 2.57 ERA for the Norwich Navigators, but he slumped to 4-0 with a 5.31 ERA for the Trenton Thunder in 2003. He returned to the Explorers in 2004, and he went 9-6 with a 4.24 ERA. He also had a 3.22 ERA in 3 games for the Winnipeg Goldeyes.

Glick only pitched 2 games with a 5.14 Era In Sioux City in 2005, then he went 1-3 with a 7.71 ERA in Winnipeg. He also had a 1.89 ERA in 3 starts for the Schaumburg Flyers, a 6.57 ERA in 10 games for the Newark Bears and a 6.61 ERA in 6 starts for the San Angelo Colts. The Brother Elephants then signed him, but Glick allowed 5 runs in 3 2/3 innings, then he was released in April. He had a 6.59 ERA in 6 starts for the St. Joe Blacksnakes after leaving Taiwan, and his professional career ended.
