Biographical Information[edit]

As a 31 year old rookie, catcher Darron Cox played 15 games with the Montreal Expos in 1999. In the totality of his big league career, he hit .240/.296/.400 with a home run in 25 at bats. He later managed the Casper Rockies in 2002 and coached with the Tulsa Drillers from 2003-2005.

Cox operated Thunder Academy from 2008-2021. He became an assistant coach at Regis University in 2022.
