Biographical Information

Pitcher Darren Burroughs was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the fifth round of the 1978 amateur draft. He spent ten years in the minors, much of that at the AAA level. After his playing days, he was a longtime assistant coach at Cowley County Community College, where his brother Dave Burroughs was head coach. He took over the head coaching role in 2020.
