Biographical Information[edit]

Danny Desclouds was born in Caribbean island nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines before moving to Canada at age 3.

Desclouds played for two years at Connors State College in Oklahoma, then transferred to Division I Northwestern State University in Louisiana. He set the school's record for saves in 2005 with 10, and moved from the role of a middle reliever to that of a closer.

After moving back to Canada from Louisiana, he was briefly on the roster of the Ottawa Rapidz in the Can-Am League, allowing five runs in 4 1/3 innings with six hits and six walks. As of 2010, he was playing for the Ottawa Fat Cats in the Intercounty Baseball League.
