Biographical Information

Pitcher Dan Ehler was taken by the Florida Marlins in the third round of the 1993 amateur draft, beginning his professional career at 18 years old. He played in their system until 1996, then spent two years with the Mission Viejo Vigilantes of the independent Western League. Between all levels, he was 27-40 with a 4.53 ERA in 81 games (72 starts).
