Biographical Information[edit]

Craig Skok pitched four seasons in the majors, appearing in 107 games.

Craig was in the minors between 1970 and 1980, posting a record of 78-40, mostly in the International League.

With the Boston Red Sox in 1973, Skok was the same age as teammate Carlton Fisk. With the Texas Rangers in 1976, he was nine years younger than teammate Gaylord Perry. With the Atlanta Braves in 1978 and 1979, he was nine years younger than teammate Phil Niekro.

The only pitcher on the 1979 Braves who appeared in more games than Craig was Gene Garber. On the 1978 Braves, Craig had the same number of appearances as Garber, second on the team to Dave Campbell.
