Colgate sponsored baseball from 1886 to 1996. The school played in the ECAC's Upstate New York Conference in 1986-1989, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference in 1990, the Patriot League in 1991-1994, and spent its last two years as a Division-I Independent.
