Cleveland Red Sox
In a 12-year period, Cleveland, OH was home to nine different Negro League teams, none of whom lasted more than one year. The final of the nine was the Cleveland Red Sox. At 8-17, the Red Sox were about as bad as their typical predecessor, none of whom finished over .500. Bill Byrd (3-11) was hit hard for the team, which was managed by Bobby Williams.
