Biographical Information

Chun-Wei Liu played in the CPBL.

Liu represented Taiwan in the 2022 U-18 Baseball World Cup. A shortstop for the Silver Medalists, he hit .174/.286/.261 but with 6 runs and 6 RBI in 9 games; he fielded .912. He tied for 5th with 19 assists. He was drafted by the Wei Chuan Dragons in the first round of the 2023 CPBL Draft, and he debuted against the Rakuten Monkeys on April 23, 2024. Liu collected his first career hit against Manny Bañuelos in his first at-bat, and he crushed his first career homer against Yen-Ching Lu on June 2.
