Chris Buckley

Chris Buckley was the assistant director of scouting for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1999-2000 and the Scouting Director in 2001-2003. He was then a special assistant to the GM.

Buckley has been the scouting director of the Cincinnati Reds since February 2006.

His son, Sean Buckley, was drafted in the 2008 amateur draft and later was a scout.

As a scout, he signed Vladimir Gutiérrez, Dustin McGowan and Vince Perkins.
