Biographical Information[edit]
Charlie Eckert was in the majors three times, and thereafter went on to a long minor league career. From 1923-1928 he was in the Pacific Coast League, from part of 1928 to 1930 he was in the Southern Association, and from 1932-1936 he was in the New York-Pennsylvania League.
He went 19-11 for Portland in 1923.
He managed the Fulton Tigers in 1939.
