Biographical Information[edit]

Submariner Chang-sik Lim played in the Korea Baseball Organization for 6 years.

Lim played for South Korea in the 1990 Asian Games. The Ssangbangwool Raiders selected him in the first round of the 1992 KBO draft, and he had a 4.95 ERA in 13 games in his first season. Lim then pitched 7 games with a 5.29 ERA in 1993, and he mainly stayed in the minors for the next three seasons. He was 5-0 with a 3.77 ERA in 1997, then he went 2-2 with a 3.56 ERA in 36 games in 1998. The Raiders then traded him to the Hanwha Eagles for Min-ho Lee and Bong-chul Dong, but Lim's ERA rose to 5.66 in 40 games in 1999. He announced his retirement after the 1999 season.

Overall, Lim was 8-13 with a 4.39 ERA, struck out 104 and pitched 252 1/3 innings in 6 seasons in the KBO.
