Biographical Information[edit]

Kuo represented Taiwan in the 1996 World Junior Championship. The Kaoping Fala selected Kuo in the third round of the 2001 TML draft. The Tainan native hit .303/.326/.439 with 4 homers in his rookie year, and won the Best Ten award as a 3rd baseman. Kuo couldn't extend his batting condition from his first year, as he only batted .255/.305/.314 in 2002. When the two leagues merged in 2003, Kuo was assigned to the Macoto Gida. His performance continued falling, as he hit .242/.285/.315 in the first year with the Gida, and recorded a .238/.268/.302 batting line in 2004. When Kuo's batting average fell into a terrible .156 in 2005, the La New Bears decided to released him, and ended his career. Kuo then became the manager for college and high school.
Overall, Kuo had hit .256/.295/.339 in five seasons in the CPBL and TML.
