From BR Bullpen

Hitting two grand slam in one game is a rare feat accomplished by thirteen players, the last being Josh Willingham of the Washington Nationals on July 27, 2009.

On April 23, 1999, Fernando Tatis of the St. Louis Cardinals did it in one inning (the third).

Robin Ventura of the Chicago White Sox hit a pair of grand slams against the Texas Rangers on September 4, 1995. As a member of the New York Mets, Ventura became the first player to hit a grand slam in each game of a doubleheader on May 20, 1999.

On July 29, 2003, switch hitter Bill Mueller of the Boston Red Sox hit one grand slam from each side of the plate.

Four Boston Red Sox players have accomplished the feat, and three Baltimore Orioles have done it.

Tony Lazzeri and Jim Northrup are the only players to accomplish the feat and hit a grand slam in the World Series. Both players achieved both feats in the same year (Lazzeri in 1936 and Northrup in 1968).
