Carroll B. Land Stadium

From BR Bullpen

Carroll B. Land Stadium in San Diego, CA is the ballpark used by the Sea Lions of Point Loma Nazarene University. It has been described as the most scenic ballpark in North America as it is built right on the shore of the Pacific Ocean, on a rocky peninsula jutting into the ocean. Palm trees are visible all around the complex, with the university's other athletic facilities, such as the football stadium and running track located nearby.

Some of the seats were formerly used at Anaheim Stadium before they were replaced during an upgrade there and purchased by the university. These seats all come with ocean views, as the outfield is on the ocean side. The fence includes a couple of "windows" made of padded chainlink, through which the ocean and palm trees are visible. Given its location in San Diego, the weather is perfect year-round.
