Carrol Servania was a member of the Curacao team in the 2003 Senior League World Series; teammates included Shairon Martis, Kenley Jansen, Sharlon Schoop and Curt Smith. Servania was 7-0 with a 1.18 ERA in the 2008 Curacao league. He led all pitchers (30+ IP) in ERA and was second in wins. He was surprisingly left off the Netherlands Antilles team in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup considering that type of season.

In 2009, Servania fell to 1-2, 3.74, yet he joined the Antillean squad for the 2009 Baseball World Cup. He was the team's second-youngest player, ahead of only Raywendley van Gurp.
