Biographical Information

Carlos González was a Venezuelan sports journalist.

He worked in the print media with the dailies La República, El Nacional and Meridiano and the magazine Sport Gráfico. He was an announcer for the Cardenales de Lara, Navegantes del Magallanes and the Tiburones de La Guaira. On TV, he was a commentator and announcer for Venevisión (1974-1979) and Radio Caracas Televisión (1982-1990). He was inducted into the Venezuelan Baseball Hall of Fame in 2015.
