Cape Canaveral, FL

Cape Canaveral is located in eastern Florida, on a thin strip of land between the Banana River, part of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean, 5 miles east of Cocoa, FL. It is home to the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, from which several spacecraft have been launched. Mason Denaburg and Drew Parrish were born here. Spoke Emery died here.
