Biographical Information[edit]

Third baseman Byron Bradley played in the Chicago Cubs system from 1992 to 1994. He was taken by the club in the 15th round of the 1992 amateur draft, one pick after pitcher Melvin Bunch and ahead of Jose Cruz, Jr.

He batted .261/.337/.327 with one home run and 17 RBI for the Geneva Cubs his first year, the hit .301/.358/.392 with one home run and 22 RBI for the Peoria Chiefs in 1991. His career ended after he hit .000/.364/.000 in five games for the Daytona Cubs in 1992. Overall, he batted .276/.348/.353 with two home runs and 39 RBI in 102 games.
