Biographical Information[edit]

Infielder Bobby Morris was selected by the Chicago Cubs in the ninth round of the 1993 amateur draft and made his pro debut that summer with the Huntington Cubs. The next year, he played for the Peoria Chiefs and hit .354 with 7 home runs as he was named the team MVP. He moved on to the Cleveland Indians organization in 1997. He later played in the Texas Rangers and Cincinnati Reds chains before ending his career in 2001.
