Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Bob Williams played parts of three seasons as a backup for the New York Highlanders, never hitting above .200. He later managed in the minors, replacing John Ganzel as skipper of the Rochester Hustlers during the 1915 season.
Williams then caught a handful of games for the Louisville Colonels in 1916, appearing in the 1916 American Association season opener for Louisville in its home contest against the Minneapolis Millers on April 18th.
