Biographical Information[edit]
Billy Petrick was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 3rd round of the 2002 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Bob Hale for $459,500, bypassing a football scholarship to Washington State University.
His brother, Zach Petrick, began his professional career in 2012.
