Biographical Information[edit]
Bill McKechnie, Jr. was the son of Hall of Famer Bill McKechnie. He was named President of the Florida State League in 1961, succeeding interim President Herb Smith. He had earlier been the farm director for the Cincinnati Reds for 8 years.
