Roy Jackson
Roy Jackson worked for the Philadelphia Phillies farm system. In 1967, he bought the York White Roses; he also owned the Tucson Toros at one point. He later was president of three high minor leagues - the Eastern League, the International League and the Pacific Coast League (1973 to 1978).
