Biographical Information

Infielder Bernard Kelly played in the St. Louis Cardinals system in 1958 and 1959. With the Stockton Ports the former year, he hit .257/.368/.380 with 8 home runs, 57 RBI, 101 runs and 50 steals in 138 games. Between the Winston-Salem Red Birds and Billings Mustangs in 1959, he hit .279 with at least 27 stolen bases in 114 games. He had helped Berkeley win the 1957 College World Series. He later worked in real estate.
