Biographical Information

First baseman Bart Hunton was taken by the Cincinnati Reds in the 46th round of the 2001 amateur draft, a few picks ahead of pitcher Dallas Braden. He did not sign. He later played in 24 games for the independent Rockford Riverhawks in 2006, hitting .226/.269/.298 in 84 at-bats.

He died February 25, 2011 at 28 years old.
