Biographical Information[edit]

Arnold Brathwaite has been a scout.

Brathwaite was picked by the Seattle Mariners in the 63rd round of the 1993 amateur draft as a high school shortstop from St. Croix. He went on to play college ball in the US. He then served as assistant coach at Southern University from 1998-2003, working with Rickie Weeks when Weeks was at Southern. From 2003-2010, he was a scout for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, signing Ryan Brasier, David Carpenter, Garrett Richards and Jordan Walden among others. He then moved to the San Francisco Giants as a scouting supervisor.
