Armando Johnson Zaldívar

Armando Johnson hit only .212/.258/.274 in 12 seasons in the Cuban Serie Nacional. He fielded .891 and was 12-for-31 in steal attempts. He later became a manager, having more success in that realm. He led the Habaneros to the first Super Liga title in 2002 and has also skippered Isla de la Juventud (1996-2014; 770-820 in the regular season and 13-25 in the postseason). He managed Cuba to a Bronze Medal in the 2010 World Junior Championship.
