Biographical information

Catcher Alvin Colina played nine seasons in the Colorado Rockies organization before making a pair of appearances in the big leagues with them in 2006, recording an RBI single to finish a .200 hitter (1-for-5). He was claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Reds after the 2007 season and last spotted in the Atlantic League where, while a member of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, he was arrested for shoplifting $200 of merchandise from Wal-Mart in 2013.
