All-Star cards

Many comprehensive sets over the years have contained All-Star cards. Sometimes they are part of a subset of cards, separate from the player's regular card, and other times the player's regular card contains a special symbol or text indicating that he is an All-Star.

Who qualifies as an All-Star would sometimes be interpreted as the player who was selected to start the previous year's All-Star Game, or had been named as part of a post-season All-Star team selected by a respected source such as Sport Magazine, The Sporting News or a news agency.
