Adedeji Adekunli
Adedeji Adekunli was the cleanup hitter and starting right fielder for the Nigerian national team in the 1999 All Africa Games. He hit .389/?/.589 with two RBI and one error. He stole 5 bases in 7 tries. He led the team in steals, one ahead of Michael Oguwuche, but was only tied for 7th in RBI, a set of statistical standings more in line with a leadoff man than a cleanup one. He also tied Adeyinka Adewusi and Joseph Olayemi for the team lead in hits (7).
