The 2024 Pacific League Rookie of the Year Award went to Seibu Lions starter Natsuki Takeuchi , who was 10-6 with a 2.17 ERA. He had 242 of 259 votes. Finishing second with 16 was the Orix Buffaloes' reliever Seiryu Kotajima. Also receiving votes were starter Tatsuki Koja of Rakuten Golden Eagles (1), and Nippon Ham Fighters southpaw Shoma Kanemura surprisingly didn't get any votes.
