2021 Horizon League Tournament

The 2021 Horizon League baseball tournament was held at Nischwitz Stadium in Dayton, OH. #1 Wright State University defeated #4 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for the title. Damon Dues of Wright State was named MVP.
