The 2014 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at Kelly Automotive Park in Butler, PA. East #4 Kutztown University of Pennsylvania defeated East #1 Millersville University of Pennsylvania for the title. Brandon Shimo of Kutztown was named MVP.
