The 2011 New York Yankees accomplished a major league first on August 25th by hitting three grand slams in one game. Robinson Cano, Russell Martin and Curtis Granderson did the deed at home in New Yankee Stadium, giving the team a comfortable 22-9 win over the Oakland Athletics.
