2011 Southeast Asian Games

The 2011 Southeast Asian Games were the third Southeast Asian Games to include baseball. Five countries competed in the baseball portion, held from November 13 through November 20, 2011 in Palembang, Indonesia.
Philippines went unbeaten in the round-robin at 4-0 then knocked off Indonesia in the Gold Medal game, 2-0, behind the pitching of Darwin dela Calzada and some crucial errors by the hosts. Ruben Angeles scored the winning run in the 6th.
Indonesia was 3-1 in the round-robin before dropping the finale.
Thailand lost to the top two teams but beat the bottom two then cruised past Vietnam 12-4 in the Bronze Medal Game.
Vietnam got their only win against Malaysia, 10-4.
Malaysia went winless and was outscored 50-4.
