The 2006 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at the Shaner Sports Complex in Boalsburg, PA. East #2 Kutztown University of Pennsylvania defeated East #1 West Chester University of Pennsylvania for the title in a repeat of the previous year's final.
