The 2004 Northeast-10 Conference baseball tournament was held at the higher seed for 2 single elimination games and at Edward A. LeLacheur Park in Lowell, MA for a 4-team double elimination. #6 University of Massachusetts Lowell defeated #5 Southern Connecticut State University for the title. Miles Page of UMass Lowell was named MVP.
