2003 All Africa Games

The 2003 All Africa Games were held in Abuja, Nigeria and were the second All Africa Games to include baseball.
South Africa repeated as Gold Medal winners.
Nigeria again took home the Silver. Jimmy Kolawole was named best hitter and led in runs. Michael Oguwuche led in RBI and ERA.
Zimbabwe won Bronze just like in 1999.
Uganda improved to 4th from 6th in '99. Allan Otim led the event in steals.
Lesotho was fifth.
Cameron withdrew and Ghana failed to pay the entrance fee for their team.
