1997 Trans America Athletic Conference Tournament

The 1997 Trans America Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at Conrad Park in DeLand, FL. The tournament was preceded by an opening round in which all 12 conference teams were paired up in best of three matchups. The 6 winners advanced to the tournament. Jacksonville State which had the best record in the conference was upset by Central Florida in the opening round. #6 University of Central Florida defeated #2 Stetson University for the title. Gregg Pacitti of Central Florida was named MVP.
