1994 Northeast-10 Conference Tournament

The 1994 Northeast-10 Conference baseball tournament was held in Springfield, MA in a tournament plagued by bad weather and postponements. West #1 Springfield College defeated West #2 American International College for the title. Matt Ludy of Springfield was named MVP.
