(Redirected from 1983 Junior World Championship)
The 1983 World Junior Championship was the third World Junior Championship. Held in Johnstown, PA, it was won by Taiwan, whose team included Chien-Cheng Kuo and Kuo-Chong Lo. The USA won its second Silver Medal and Canada got its first Medal ever, a Bronze. To that point, Canada had never won a Medal in a senior-level world international event, making this a historic event for Canadian baseball.
