1971 Ohio Valley Conference Tournament

The 1971 Ohio Valley Conference baseball tournament was held in Johnson City, TN and Clarksville, TN. Austin Peay State University defeated East Tennessee State University for the title.

The tournament was broken into two four-team double-elimination tournaments, one involving the Division 1 schools and one involving the Division 2 schools, with the winners meeting in a best-of-three series for the title. Rain hindered all three tournaments. The second day of the D1 tournament was rained out causing the tournament to be reduced to a single elimination tournament and the third day was rained out causing the tournament to be postponed for 10 days. The second day of the D2 tournament was rained out. The first day of the finals series was rained out.
