1954 Junior World Series
The 1954 Junior World Series was the 38th meeting between the champions of the American Association and International League. The Louisville Colonels had won the American Association playoffs by beating the Minneapolis Millers and Indianapolis Indians, while the Syracuse Chiefs won the International League's Governors' Cup for the first time since 1947.
Louisville won in six games, winning the series for the first time in nine years.
