Biographical Information

Yuan-Yi Su played in the CPBL for 2 years.

Su was drafted by the La New Bears in the 2nd round of the 2007 CPBL Draft, but he was placed in the minor league in his first two seasons. The Bears released him in 2009, and the Brother Elephants picked him up after he played 2 for amateur teams for 2 years. Su hit .296/.345/.408 with a league-leading 8 triples in the minors in 2012, and he went 2-for-6 with the big club in 2013. However, Su slumped to 1-for-11 in 2014, and he announced his retirement in 2015 after staying in the minors for the entire season.

Overall, Su hit .176/.176/.176 with 3 hits in 2 seasons in the CPBL.
