Yoelvis Fiss is a Cuban baseball player.

Fiss hit .264 and slugged .437 in 2006-2007. His career batting line through that season, his 7th, was .285/.336/.485. In 2007-2008, he batted .350/~.399/.632 with 22 home runs, 65 runs and 64 RBI in 85 games for Ciego de Ávila. He was 8th in the league in slugging, tied for 5th in homers with Yulieski Gourriel and Joan Carlos Pedroso, tied for 4th with Alfredo Despaigne with 14 steals and third in total bases (208, trailing only Alexei Bell and Alfredo Despaigne). The outfielder was left off the league All-Star team as Bell, Despaigne and Yoandry Urgellés were the three flyhawks picked. After a fast start to 2008-2009, he was placed on Cuba's preliminary roster for the 2009 World Baseball Classic but did not make the final cut.

In the 2008-2009 season, Fiss hit .343/.399/.545 with 16 home runs. He did not finish among the leaders in any department.

Fiss was MVP of the 2009 World Port Tournament, hitting .425/.442/.625 with two home runs, 7 runs and 13 RBI in 10 games; he had two outfield assists and no errors. He was 3rd in average (behind Adonis García and Ariel Borrero), 3rd in slugging (behind Eriel Sánchez and Borrero), was 6th in OBP, led in home runs, tied for 5th in runs (with Rolando Meriño and Leonys Martín), led in RBI (6 more than anyone else), led in total bases (25) and led in hits (17).

He hit .296/.357/.547 with 18 homers as the Ciego de Ávila center fielder in 2009-2010.
